By using Penncero’s services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Project Start

  • Projects begin after full or partial payment and the submission of all required materials (logo, text, domain access, etc.).
  • Delays in submitting materials may affect delivery timelines.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery depends on the package selected:

  •  Basic 3–5 business days 
  •  Standard- 6–8 business days 
  •  Premium 10-12 business days
  •  14–18 Business Days (possibly sooner depending on project scope)

Custom timelines may vary depending on complexity or communication delays.

3. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions within the original scope of the project. Revisions are made based on your feedback to ensure full satisfaction.

4. Ownership & Access

After the final payment, you will receive:

  • Full ownership of your website
  • Access to your WordPress dashboard
  • Optional tutorials or guides to help manage your website

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Standard packages require 100% upfront payment.
  • For custom projects, we accept 80% upfront, and 20% upon final approval.
  • Refunds are not offered, but we revise until you are satisfied with the result.

6. Support & Maintenance

We provide technical support after your website goes live. Ongoing maintenance is available upon request and can be arranged separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Penncero is not responsible for:

  • Issues caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins)
  • Content provided by the client
  • Changes made by the client after delivery
